When investing in foreclosed homes with Bulk Foreclosure Deals
You have three options to choose from.
Foreclosure Investment
Option one.
This is the homes we have not looked at and know very little about. They are rock bottom price and they are all as is. We to a quit claim deed to you. That mean you want to buy large enough quantities that you ensure you are getting over all excellent value in the homes. Some of these homes will be tens of thousands of dollars below market value. Some will be burned out vacant lots. If you can not buy in volume then be sure to do your research on these homes. You can pick and chose the one you want. Most of these homes are below five thousand dollars in price.
Option two.
These homes have been inspected and we give a warrantee deed. We know there is a home there. We also are paying any and all back taxes and code violations. These homes sell for eight to fifteen thousand. They come with the following.
General Warranty Deed
A Title Insurance Policy
No City Work Orders
No Code Violations
No Condemnation Orders
Exterior Pictures
Property description
Option three.
These homes have a buyer in the home and you are buying the land contract and you get the monthly income from the payment on the note. These sell for about twenty to twenty five thousand and there is usually a waiting list for these homes.
